We ship orders from Mondays - Saturdays, during office hours only, and we don't operate on public holidays. Our aim is to post your order as quickly as possible (usually within 48 hours) but there might be some delays – especially during covid times. Your patience is appreciated.
How to track your order?
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note, this can take longer during sales.
Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress. You can also check the status of your delivery by using the Track Your Order feature with your email address and order number.
